There has been a great deal of hoo-ha over airlines slashing their ticket fares. It isn't as simple as it seems. To avail of the discounted fare you need to book 21 days in advance. If you cancel or change your dates after booking, you have to pay a 50 per cent cancellation fee. If you think you can sell of your ticket, think again. All those travelling on discounted fares have to carry a I-card.
