Ask Jeeves is supposed to answer natural language queries. But most of the time it sucks. So how do you find quick answers to questions, without having to click through to web sites. For instance: which is the tallest building in the world? I have ocassionally used this method: Never ask a question of a search engine. Just supply a part of the answer, because that is how it is likely to be on the page. So instead of asking a question pose this query to Google "tallest building in the world is". Google will fill in the blanks and you will usually find the answer in the abstract itself. Try the natural query on AJ, you will see the difference. A better example, that I tried on Sunday. I wanted to know when the Titanic sank. And here are my queries to Google and Ask Jeeves.
